Caught In The Middle

Hi guys,how you doing? Well I have been planning to share this with you guys for long time but have 

been waiting for the right time to post it.I am really excited to share it with you because I learnt a lot 

from it.

  My very good friend shared this with me and she gave me the permission to share it here.Well I am 

not gonna mention real names here.Ok,lets assume the girl's name is Juliet......Juliet has been single 

for a while but she wasn't really bothered because her last relationship didn't end up so well.She made

 up her mind that she won't rush into any relationship until she is 100% sure that it would lead to 

something good but well that changed when there was so many pressure from home and 

friends.Everyone was asking her when they would meet her bf,it got to a stage she got tired of hearing 

it.

    Since the pressure was so much she decided to date anyone who was available then just to please 

everyone since they wanted her to start dating.There was a guy that was on her case for almost two 

years,his name is Femi.She didnt really like the guy but everyone kept telling her  the guy would be 

good for her.Well she decided to give the guy a chance.They started dating.

    Well everyone was happy to know that Juliet was in a relationship except Juliet.She wasnt free with 

the guy at all,found it so hard to relate with the guy.Juliet and Femi hardly talked,there was just this 

distance between them.The connection wasn't just there between them.Then Juliet decided she would 

get to live with it since everyone was happy with the relationship.

   The relationship was so boring,she dint feel she was in a relationship but she already made up her 

mind that she would stay in the relationship no matter what.

Well along the line,Juliet met someone.They became friends through a mutual friend.They got along so 

well......They got so close to the extent they could talk about anything.They started having feelings for 

each other which wasn't planned because Juliet already told him that she wasn't single.She was 

sacred of hurting her boyfriend and disappointing her family and friends.

   With time everyone got to know about Juliet and the other guy.Everyone told her that leaving Femi 

wouldn't be possible.She was scared of leaving Femi because she didn't want to hurt him but she was

 already falling for someone else.She was really confused.

   It wasn't easy for her at all,well Juliet decided to pray about it since the pressure was getting too 

much.She decided to put everything in God's hands.It took the grace of God to help her make the 

decision and stand by it.She prayed about it.She decided to follow her heart.She broke with Femi and 

she chose the person she wanted without even caring about what people would say.She is now 

happily married to the guy.

   I know this sounds like a fairy tale but this really happened.I learnt from Juliet's story that you 

shouldn't go into a relationship just to please everyone.Make sure the person is someone you can 

spend the rest of your life with without regretting it.
